1. Acceptance of Terms: By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment: All bookings require an advance payment. Final payment must be made before travel.
3. Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds are available only within 24 hours from the time of payment. No refunds will be processed after this window.
4. Cottage and Room Confirmation: Once cottages or hotel rooms are confirmed after payment, they cannot be changed. However, changes can be made with additional charges, subject to availability.
5. On-spot Changes: After check-in or upon arrival at the destination, changes to cottages or hotel rooms are not permitted. If the customer insists on changing, the full cost of the newly held property must be paid by the customer.
6. Travel Insurance: BookRaho offers travel insurance for all bookings. Please review the insurance policy for details.
7. Limitation of Liability: BookRaho is not liable for any mistakes or issues arising from the client’s end during travel, including missed flights, train delays, or incorrect personal details.
8. Role of BookRaho: BookRaho acts solely as a mediator between the customer and the hotel or service provider. We facilitate the booking process but are not responsible for the quality or service of third-party providers.
9. Proper Use of Service: Customers are required to use our services for legitimate purposes only. Any misuse, including the use of offensive language or inappropriate behavior, will result in termination of service and possible legal action.
10. Privacy Policy: Your personal data is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data without consent.
11. Amendments: BookRaho reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
12. Tour Package Inclusions: All tour packages include only the items specified in the itinerary. Any additional expenses are the responsibility of the traveler.
13. Changes to Itinerary: BookRaho reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political instability, or natural disasters.
14. Responsibility of the Traveler: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccinations.
15. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
16. Payment of Advance: By paying the advance amount, customers acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined by BookRaho under Ziawin AI Pvt Ltd.
17. Force Majeure: BookRaho is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or travel restrictions.
18. Third-Party Services: BookRaho partners with third-party service providers for accommodation, transportation, and other services. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these providers.
19. Property Holding Charges: If a customer changes their accommodation plan on-spot, they are responsible for the full charges of the initially booked property due to prior holding/confirmation.
20. Group Bookings: For group bookings, the point of contact is responsible for ensuring all travelers comply with the terms. Any issues arising within the group must be resolved internally.
21. Travel Assistance: In case of any travel delays, emergencies, or issues, our support team will provide guidance but cannot guarantee resolution from third-party providers.
22. Check-In Requirements: Guests must present a valid government ID at the time of check-in. Hotels may deny entry without it, and BookRaho is not responsible for such situations.
23. Reporting Issues: If customers face any issues during their trip, they must immediately inform BookRaho's customer support team. We will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
